How to get an account, log in and log out, and reset your password

Register for an OptiFleet account:

User registration is based on invitation. A user with the  "Facility Admin" role can send an invitation email to a prospective user. Once the invited user receives the email, click on the 'Setup Account' link to proceed for registration. Clicking the link in the email will open the OptiFleet Activate Account page in a browser.

Follow the below steps to complete the registration process:

  •  Verify the username is the same as the email where you received the link.
  •  Enter your first name and last name.
  •  Enter a password and confirm the password. Make sure the password meets the required criteria for strength.
  •  Click on the 'Next' button and the Security Question screen will be displayed.
  •  Choose the Security Question and provide your answer for the same.
  •  Click on the 'Activate Account' button.
  •  Registration will be complete, and you will be redirected to the Login page.

Log In:

  • Navigate to the OptiFleet URL in your browser: https://FoundryOptiFleet.com
  • Enter the Username and Password in the Username and Password text boxes
  • Click on the 'Login' button

Log Out:

Click the account icon at the top left of the screen to drop down a menu and log out.

Reset Password:

  • Open the OptiFleet URL and to get to the login screen
  • Click on the ‘Forgot Password’ link and the Forgot Password window will open
  • Enter your already registered email in the ‘Email Address’ textbox
  •  Click on the 'Next' Button and the Security Question window will open
  •  Enter the answer to the security question in the answer textbox that you provided during the setup of your OptiFleet account
  •  Click on the ‘Reset Password’ Button
  •  A success message will be displayed, and a reset password link will be sent to the provided email
  •  Check your email for the reset password email from OptiFleet
  •  Click on the ‘Reset Password’ link provided in the email, and it will open a Reset Password window in your default browser
  •  Enter a new password in the password field and Confirm Password field
  •  Click on the 'Change Password' button
  •  You will be redirected to the Login screen
