Setting and Monitoring Alerts
Set automated alerts and notify the team when issues arise.
You can set up automated alerts for specific sites and notify selected or all users who have OptiFleet accounts. Facility admin roles have the ability to create and manage alerts. Any OptiFleet user can receive alerts.
You can set alerts for the following conditions:
- Hashrate Performance
- Offline Miners
- Low Hashing Miners
- Offline Sensors
- Offline Agent
Set an Alert
Follow these steps to set a new automated alert:
- Navigate to the 'Management' section and select 'Alerts' from the left navigation menu .
- On the System Alerts page, click on the 'Set New Alert' button .
On the Alerts Configuration page, provide the necessary details:
Select the site for the alert .
- Choose the category for the alert (e.g. Overall Hashrate Performance, Offline Miners, Low Hashing Miners, Offline Sensors, Offline Agent) .
- Specify who should be notified by the alert .
- Select the notification method (Email, Text Message, Telegram Note) .
- Switch on the toggle for "Alert when resolved" to receive notifications when the alert condition has cleared.
- Finally, make sure the alert is enabled with the toggle at the top. If you toggle it off, it will not run, but it will remain available for you to use again later. Just toggle it back on.
- Click on the set alert button to save the alert (whether toggled on or off)

Getting an Alert
The alert will produce an email or message to the selected platform(s).
