The OptiFleet Header Panel

Available on most screens, the header shows data freshness and the status of your agent.


From left to right:
  • Who doesn't love a friendly greeting?
  • It's important to know how fresh the data on the site is for some critical operations. Last Updated provides the most recent refresh time of the data on the website. Next to it you'll see a countdown that shows how when it will update next (every 60 seconds). Click the circle button to refresh immediately.

  • The WiFi symbol indicates whether the agent is online or offline.

  • Finally, the symbol on the left is where you can access your profile and log out of the application. At the bottom right of that window, you can change from light to dark mode.

Note that if you have multiple sites, and select All Sites, you will see a green wifi symbol only if all sites have online agents. If one site has an agent offline, the symbol for all sites will appear red, prompting you to take action.
