User Profile

Overview

Your user profile serves as the central hub for personal settings and notification preferences. Proper configuration ensures you receive alerts through your preferred channels and maintains account security.

Updating Your Profile

Step 1: Click the profile icon in the top right corner of the screen. 

Step 2: Select Profile > User Information tab

Step 3: Update your contact information:

  • Phone Number: Required for text message alerts
  • Email Address: Pre-populated with your account email address
  • Telegram Username: For Telegram notification integration

Step 4: Update security settings:

  • Change password as needed
  • Update security questions for account recovery

Notification Channel Setup

Email Notifications:

  • Ensure your email address is current and monitored
  • Check spam filters to ensure OptiFleet emails are delivered

Text Message Alerts:

  • Verify your phone number is correctly formatted
  • Consider carrier-specific delivery preferences

Telegram Integration:

  • Set up your Telegram username for instant messaging alerts
  • Follow additional setup instructions as provided

Setting and Managing Alerts

Overview

OptiFleet Alerts provide instant notifications when issues arise and confirm when they're resolved. Stay informed about your mining operations whether you're on site or managing remotely.

  • Telegram integration

Setting Up An Alert

Step 1: Navigate to Alerts in the management section

Step 2: Click Set New Alert in the top right corner

Step 3: Select your site from the dropdown menu

Step 4: Choose your alert category:

  • Overall Hashrate Performance: Monitor fleet-wide performance metrics
  • Offline Miners: Track equipment connectivity issues
  • Low Hashing Miners: Identify underperforming units
  • Offline Sensors: Monitor temperature sensor connectivity
  • Offline Agent: Track system communication status

Step 5: Configure threshold settings specific to your selected category

Step 6: Select notification recipients from your team

Step 7: Choose notification methods based on urgency and preference

Step 8: Enable Alert Resolution notifications to confirm when issues are fixed

Step 9: Save your alert configuration

Managing Alerts

Active Management:

  • View all configured alerts in your main alerts dashboard
  • Use toggle switches to enable/disable alerts without permanent deletion
  • Delete alerts when they're no longer needed for your operation

Best Practices:

  • Set up cascading alerts for different severity levels
  • Configure different notification methods for different types of issues
  • Regularly review and update alert thresholds as your operation evolves

API Key Management

Overview

OptiFleet's API integration capabilities allow you to connect your mining data with external systems, custom applications, and third-party tools. This enables advanced analytics, automated reporting, and seamless integration with your existing business systems.

 

Generating API Keys

Step 1: Navigate to the My API Keys tab in your User Profile

Step 2: Next to your company name, press the Generate button to create the API key 

You can also Copy a key to your clipboard, Rotate (refresh) a key, and Delete a key.

Permissions: API key generation is restricted to facility administrators to maintain system security and data integrity.

Treat your API keys like passwords. Do not share them or display them in client-side code. Delete outdated API keys.
