Adding users to your company's account

Follow these steps to register a new user on OptiFleet.

A user with the  "Facility Admin" role can send an invitation email to a prospective user. 

Click on Admin > Users in the left navigation bar. If you don't see that option, you may not have the correct permission level for adding additional users.

  • Click on the "New User" button and the New User section will pop up on the right.
  • Add the user's email and select the permission level you want to offer them, and if you have multiple sites, which you'd like them to be able to see.
  •  Press "Invite User" to generate an email invitation. 
  • Click on the "Pending Invitations" tab. If users have been invited but not completed the sign-in process, you can revoke the invitation here.
